 How to Enroll 

Make sure you have the device you want to use for Mobile Banking with you during enrollment.

  1. Login to Online Banking.
    You must be enrolled in our Online Banking Service to enroll in Mobile Banking.
  2. Click the “Options” button on the top menu.
  3. Scroll down the Options page and click the “Edit” button under the Mobile Banking Section.
  4. Read & Accept the Terms & Conditions to Continue.
  5. Next select the Mobile Services you would like from the Select your Services page:
    • Mobile Browser (I’d like to receive a link to Browser Banking)
      Select this option if you have a web enabled mobile device.
    • Text Messaging (I’d like to use Text Banking Services)
      Select this option for basic banking features, such as balance inquiries and transaction history on your SMS enabled mobile device.
    • Download the Mobile App (I’d like to receive a link to download the Mobile APP)
      Select this option to download a custom Banking Application to your iPhone or Android Smart phone. Receive all the benefits of Mobile Browser Banking, with enhanced features unique to your Mobile device.
    • Alerts (I’d like to receive text alerts)
      Select Alerts to be able to monitor your accounts through alerts and messages you sign up for. *Note: you must select one of the other services with this option.
  6. Click the “Continue” button when finished.
  7. Account Selection & Configuration:
    1. Select your time zone from the drop down box.
    2. Select the Accounts you’d like to be available through F&M Bank MOBILE.
      • If using Text banking or Alerts, designate the Account Nicknames.
  8. Click the “Continue” button when finished.
  9. Enter your Mobile Phone number and click “Continue”.
  10. Retrieve & Insert the Activation code from your Mobile device, from the Text Message sent to your phone and click the “Activate” button when finished.

Congratulations - You are now enrolled in F&M Bank MOBILE!

Mobile Web Banking: You will be sent a text message with a link to the Mobile Browser address. Please bookmark this link for easy access.

Text Banking: Please keep in mind that separate charges and data rates may apply based on your service contract with your Mobile Service Provider. All SMS Messages sent to you from Farmers & Merchants Bank will be sent from the FMBankMobile number, 96924.

 How to Download the App 

During enrollment, you are sent a unique link to the App Store or Google Play Store where you can download "F&M Bank Mobile". If you download "F&M Bank Mobile” without enrolling first, the download will not work. 

Download “F&M Bank Mobile “as you would any other application from the App Store or Google Play Store. After you download and install the application, you will receive a text message with an activation link. Click the link to launch the application and go to the F&M Bank Mobile login page.

  How to change a Phone Number

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Click the “Options” button on the top menu.
  3. Scroll down the Options page and click the “Manage Devices” button in the Mobile Banking Profile section.
  4. Select the “My Phones” tab on the Main Menu page. Locate the number you want to change and select “Change my phone number”. Then click the “Go” button.
  5. Enter the updated phone number and click the “Next” button.
  6. Your number has been changed. Close the Main Menu page to return to your Online Banking Session.

How to Stop using or Deactivate a Phone 

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Click the “Options” button on the top menu.
  3. Scroll down the Options page and click the “Manage Devices” button in the Mobile Banking Profile section.
  4. Select the “My Phones” tab on the Main Menu page. Locate the number you want to deactivate and select “Stop using this phone for Mobile Banking”. Then click the “Go” button.
  5. Click the “Yes” button to confirm that you want to stop using the selected device for Mobile Banking.
  6. The selected phone has been deactivated. Close the Main Menu page to return to your Online Banking Session.
