Lost or Stolen Card
Your financial safety is very important to us. If you’re F&M Bank Debit or Credit Card has been lost or stolen, please follow the instructions below to take the proper precautions for protecting your account.
F&M Check Card/Debit Card
During normal Banking Hours:
- Immediately call 870.673.6911 and ask for the Debit Card Department.
- Notify them of your lost or stolen card.
- They can then cancel the lost or stolen card and re-order you a new one.
You may also visit the F&M branch nearest you to follow the same procedure.
On the weekend or after normal Banking Hours:
- Immediately contact Shazam at 800.537.5427
- Follow the menu commands to be connected with a Shazam representative, and notify them of your lost or stolen card. They will guide you through the process of canceling and re-ordering you a new card.
F&M Bank Visa, Visa Gold or MasterCard Credit Card
During normal hours and after hours:
- Immediately contact the Lost/Stolen Department at 800.325.3678.
- Follow the menu commands to cancel your lost or stolen card.
You may also visit the F&M branch nearest you to follow the same procedure.
