Lost or Stolen Card

Your financial safety is very important to us. If you’re F&M Bank Debit or Credit Card has been lost or stolen, please follow the instructions below to take the proper precautions for protecting your account.

F&M Check Card/Debit Card

During normal Banking Hours:

  1. Immediately call 870.673.6911 and ask for the Debit Card Department.
  2. Notify them of your lost or stolen card.
  3. They can then cancel the lost or stolen card and re-order you a new one.

You may also visit the F&M branch nearest you to follow the same procedure.

On the weekend or after normal Banking Hours:

  1. Immediately contact Shazam at 800.537.5427
  2. Follow the menu commands to be connected with a Shazam representative, and notify them of your lost or stolen card. They will guide you through the process of canceling and re-ordering you a new card.

F&M Bank Visa, Visa Gold or MasterCard Credit Card

During normal hours and after hours:

  1. Immediately contact the Lost/Stolen Department at 800.325.3678.
  2. Follow the menu commands to cancel your lost or stolen card.

You may also visit the F&M branch nearest you to follow the same procedure.
