Lost or Stolen Card

Your financial safety is very important to us. If you’re F&M Bank Debit or Credit Card has been lost or stolen, please follow the instructions below to take the proper precautions for protecting your account.

Your Check Card/Debit Card

During normal Banking Hours:

  1. Immediately call headquarters 870.673.6911 and ask for the Debit Card Department.
  2. Notify them of your lost or stolen card.
  3. They can then cancel the lost or stolen card and re-order you a new one.

You may also visit your branch to follow the same procedure.


Your Visa, Visa Gold or MasterCard Credit Card

During normal hours and after hours:

  1. Immediately contact the Lost/Stolen Department at 800.325.3678.
  2. Follow the menu commands to cancel your lost or stolen card.

You may also visit your branch to follow the same procedure.

Please Note: Always read your liability disclosures pertaining to the loss or theft or your bank cards.

Security Breach and Fraud

When news breaks of security breaches at major retailers, we immediately go to work looking for any of our customers who may be at risk. We issue new debit and credit cards at no charge to you if your account is on a compromised security list. Always contact us if you believe your account may be at risk.
