In addition to helping customers with lending needs, Parchman serves as the branch manager for our Des Arc location. Parchman offers a wealth of industry knowledge with 40 years of experience in the financial sector. She joined Farmers and Merchants Bank in 1994 and has helped local clients reach their financial goals for the past 28 years. She is a graduate of Arkansas State University.
