Are there differences between Integrity First Bank and Farmers & Merchants products?

While there are some differences in our products, Integrity First Bank and Farmers & Merchants Bank have worked hard to ensure that we continue to meet all of your banking needs. Your Integrity First Bank account will transition to Farmers & Merchants Bank on November 15 at 5 p.m. Learn more about Farmers & Merchants Bank Personal Checking and Savings Accounts.

 

Can I use my old checks?

Yes. You can use up your existing supply of Integrity First Bank checks after the transition. When it’s time to reorder checks, please contact us to assist you in ordering your new Farmers & Merchants Bank checks. You can also order online here.

 

What happens with my direct deposit?

No immediate action is required. Your direct deposits continue to post as normal. After November 18, the routing/transit number for new direct deposits will update to 082907477.

 

What happens to my automatic debits (those which are processed electronically using my account number and routing number)?

No immediate action is required. Your automatic debits continue to post as normal. After November 18, the routing/ transit number for new automatic debits will update to 082907477.

 

When will I get my new debit card?

Your new MeBanking debit or ATM card(s) will be mailed to you on November 1. You may activate your new MeBanking card and create a PIN number by phone immediately, but don’t begin using it until Monday, November 18 after 9 a.m. In the meantime, continue to use your Integrity First Bank debit card.

If you have automatic bill payments tied to your Integrity First Bank debit card, notify the merchant of your new MeBanking card number. Automatic payments tied to your Integrity First Bank debit card will be declined starting November 18.

 

Will I still visit Integrity First Bank’s website for my online banking needs?

Once the transition is complete, you will use mebanking.com to access online banking. Please update your bookmarks and favorites accordingly.

 

Will my account number stay the same?

Yes. Your account number(s) should not change.

 

When can I download the MeBanking mobile app?

You can download the MeBanking mobile app at any time, but you can’t access to your accounts and transactions until November 18 at 9 a.m. The MeBanking mobile app can be downloaded through the app program compatible with your mobile device. Learn more here.

 

What happens to my Integrity First Bank’s personal/ business online banking?

Your Integrity First Bank online banking will be disabled on November 15 at 5 p.m. and you will no longer have access to this system. Your online account transactions transfer to MeBanking and can be accessed through mebanking.com starting November 18 at 9 a.m. You need to accept Farmers & Merchants Bank’s terms and conditions when you sign in for the first time.

 

Will I receive a final Integrity First Bank statement? Integrity First Bank mails one final statement reflecting your final activity and closing balance on November 15. That same balance is reflected on your first statement from Farmers & Merchants Bank starting November 16.

 

Will my banking hours change?

All Integrity First Bank branch locations are closed Saturday, November 16. Starting Monday, November 18, branch locations resume normal banking hours. Find your local branch for their hours.

 

Does Farmers & Merchants Bank offer telephone banking?

Yes. On November 18, you can access account information via Farmers & Merchants Bank’s telephone banking toll-free at 888.672.4222.

 

Will there be changes to my safe deposit box access?

The location of your safe deposit box will not change. Your safe deposit box is accessible during lobby hours.

 

Does Farmers & Merchants Bank offer a toll-free number for customer support?

Yes. Farmers & Merchants Bank is offering additional customer service specifically for questions about the account transition. These services are available November 18 to November 22 from 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m and Saturday, November 23 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The phone number is 877.428.6649, Option 0.
