STUTTGART, AR – Farmers & Merchants Bank Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer Rob Horan has been named to the Arkansas Money & Politics 2023 class of C-Suite Executives. Rob Horan has 30 years of experience in the financial service industry in operations, finance, and technology. As SVP, Chief Information Officer for Farmers and Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville Horan is focused on developing technology-forward approaches to improve operations, support teammates and serve customers.
Since joining Farmers and Merchants Bank in 2017 Horan has led strategic growth initiatives to modernize banking services through various mobile platforms. He is responsible for managing digital banking, debit, and payment platforms along with customer support through the bank's Solutions Center. In addition to information technology, he supports process improvement and efficiency within the bank.

Horan resides in Northwest Arkansas and is married with three daughters. Outside his commitment to the bank, Horan serves as a USA swimming official and is a lay leader in his church.
