Three Promoted to Community President

STUTTGART, AR –The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville announces the promotion of three employees to the role of Community President, where they will oversee retail and lending operations in growing markets across the state.

Kyle Pattillo is the Community President for Farmers and Merchants Bank’s Northwest Arkansas market and will oversee operations in Bentonville and Rogers. With more than 20 years of experience in the Northwest Arkansas real estate market as a lender, broker and appraiser, Pattillo specializes in commercial real estate, development and construction loans.  

 A native of Stuttgart, Pattillo earned a Bachelor’s in Finance and Insurance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Arkansas. He is an alumnus of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking from Southern Methodist University and is certified in advanced commercial lending from the American Banking Association. 

Pattillo serves the regional community as a Rotarian and current member of the NWA Board of Realtors. He is a past Chairman of the Board for CASA of Northwest Arkansas and the Arkansas Regional MLS Committee. He is also an alumni of Leadership Fayetteville, Class XXII.  

Marlin Boyle will lead operations as Community President for Morrilton and Perryville in Farmers and Merchants Bank’s Western market and specializes in commercial lending. Boyle has long-standing roots in the local community. He is a graduate of Morrilton High School and Arkansas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business.  He is also an alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado. 

Boyle joined the Farmers and Merchants Bank team in 2008. Before starting a career in the financial industry, Boyle spent 20 years working in the medical administration field.  

Tyler Cox has been named the Prairie County Community President for our Southeast Arkansas market, where he also focuses on commercial, agriculture and mortgage lending.

Cox, a Des Arc native, earned a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Business from Arkansas State University and is an alumnus of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking from Southern Methodist University. He also holds a certification in advanced commercial lending from the American Banking Association. Cox has eight years of lending experience with Farmers and Merchants Bank.

In addition to his work at the bank, Cox serves the local community as Treasurer for the Des Arc Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman for the Des Arc Housing Authority. He also sits on the board of directors for the DAIDC.
