Salsbury to Take On Private Banking Role

STUTTGART, AR – The Board of Directors of Farmers and Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Salsbury to the role of Private Banking Officer. In her new position Salsbury will provide concierge financial services to both private banking and wealth management clients, primarily in the Northwest market region.

Salsbury brings nine years of financial industry experience to her new role. She has been employed with The Bank of Fayetteville for nearly five years, working in both retail banking and lending. Most recently, she worked as a commercial loan assistant.

“Sarah’s experience, coupled with her strong network and inclination for customer service makes her a perfect fit for The Bank of Fayetteville’s Private Banking Division”, commented Gary Childers, Senior Vice-President of Private Client Division.. “We are excited for Sarah to join our team, knowing she will meet an immediate need for both our private banking and wealth management clients in Northwest Arkansas.”

Salsbury is a Northwest Arkansas native and an alumnus of Prairie Grove High School and the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, where she earned a degree in business leadership. In addition to her role at Farmers and Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville, Salsbury is active in the regional community.

She is a member of the Cross Church of Fayetteville and is a passionate supporter of the local Angel Tree organization. Salsbury resides in Springdale with her husband, Ryan, and two young children.
